Kinesis
one list, one lens, one keystroke — thoughts pulled out of what you recorded.
Kinesis is a personal notebook that listens back. It takes the conversations you record and the email you receive, and pulls out what matters: tasks you promised, questions someone asked you, goals, books, and people. Everything lands in one list you can triage from the keyboard.
What it does
- Transcribes your voice recordings and identifies who was speaking.
- Finds tasks, asks, goals, and ideas in those transcripts and keeps them in one list.
- Shows your Gmail inbox beside that list, so you can read, archive, label, and reply to email in one place.
- Drafts email replies in your voice, which you review and edit before anything is sent.
How Kinesis uses your Google account
If you connect a Google account, Kinesis asks for permission to read, organize, and send Gmail on your behalf. It uses that access only to show your mail, apply the archive and label actions you choose, send the replies you write or approve, and draft replies when you ask. Kinesis does not sell your data, does not use it for advertising, and does not use it to train AI models. You can disconnect at any time from your Google account permissions.
