Terms of service
Effective September 24, 2026
These terms govern your use of Kinesis, operated by YOUR LLC (“we”, “us”). By using Kinesis you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Kinesis transcribes your recordings, extracts tasks and notes from them, and, if you connect a Google account, lets you read, organize, and reply to your Gmail. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your passkey, password, and devices secure, and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at zf@yo-ur.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your content
You own the recordings, email, and other content you bring to Kinesis. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content only as needed to provide the service to you, as described in the privacy policy. You are responsible for having the right to record and upload the conversations you capture, including any consent required from other participants under the laws that apply to you.
Google accounts
Connecting a Google account is optional. Kinesis acts on your Gmail only when you ask it to, and sends email only when you send or approve it. You remain responsible for the email sent from your account. Your use of Google services is also governed by Google's own terms.
AI-generated content
Transcripts, extracted items, and reply drafts are generated automatically and can be wrong. Review them before relying on them or sending them.
Acceptable use
Do not use Kinesis to break the law, record people unlawfully, send spam or abusive messages, infringe others' rights, or interfere with or probe the security of the service.
Termination
You can stop using Kinesis and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the service.
Disclaimers
Kinesis is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YOUR LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of Kinesis. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$100.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continuing to use Kinesis after a change means you accept the new terms.
